How it started

In 2014, the journey began with a modest four-floor building in Semit, near the area known as “72.” At first, it was used only for businesses, but it became the foundation for something bigger. Slowly improved and supported by partners, it grew into a steady, profitable venture. Over time, the earnings from that building were reinvested into a bold new project: an eight-story development, also in Semit. Building it was difficult, filled with financial and logistical challenges, but in the end it became the first project to offer both residential spaces and business opportunities, marking a true milestone. Today, the story continues in Gurji, where a new project is rising. Planned to stand 17 floors high, the building is already halfway complete. It represents not just growth, but resilience, vision, and years of hard work that began with that small four-story building back in 2014. From four floors, to eight, and now toward seventeen, the story is one of ambition taking shape—brick by brick, dream by dream.
